HORIZONT Software GmbH has been developing software products and IT solutions in the area of workload automation and scheduling for over 20 years. The customer base comprises small to large national and international companies from a broad range of industries. The software solutions from HORIZONT automate, document and analyze IT workflows and processes in data centers. HORIZONT currently employs around 25 staff. The corporate headquarters are located in Munich, Germany.

The company tends to their national and international customers with the support of a wide partner network. More than 300 customers all over the world are currently operating over 600 installations in more than 15 countries. They employ products and solutions from HORIZONT to optimize their IT workflows and quality levels. The company is a globally leading mid-sized software solution provider for workload automation that generates about half of its turnover abroad.

HORIZONT Software GmbH was founded in 1993 and became a wholly owned subsidiary of Beta Systems DCI Software AG in 2014.

Infraray was founded in 1998 by a German engineering team with deep IT operations management know-how. The company provides solutions for network management, network security, IT infrastructure and cloud management, network automation and business infrastructure control.

Infraray BICS is a next-generation ITOM platform for controlling large and heterogeneous enterprise networks. Infraray BICS not only delivers network infrastructure management for devices and endpoints from any manufacturer, but also provides the core technology for a new generation of IT infrastructure management.

Infraray joined the Beta Systems Group in early 2018.

Codelab develops and implements software solutions for well-known international companies, providing reliable software engineering services in the areas of automotive, avionics, embedded, IoT solutions, web portals, mobile applications and contact center deployment, among others.

Codelab joined the Beta Systems Group in December 2019.
