New Location in Berlin – Important Customer Information on System Availability
Beta Systems is relocating: From February 1, 2025, the new headquarters will be located at Ernst-Reuter-Platz 6 in Berlin. Due to the relocation, IT system availability will be limited from January 10 through January 13, 2025. We therefore kindly ask you to prepare for possible service restrictions. Details on support availability during this time can be found below.
Dear Customers,
Beta Systems is moving its Berlin office from Moabit to Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf. From February 1, 2025, the new company headquarters will be located at Ernst-Reuter-Platz 6, 10587 Berlin.
Please note that the availability of our IT systems will be limited from Friday, January 10, through Monday, January 13, 2025.
Important Information
Ticket system (Jira) and Customer Portal: Not available. Please get in touch with us via email or telephone for urgent matters.
Preparation: Download any software packages you need in advance and save important ticket information locally.
