What are your tasks at Beta Systems?

In general, as IAM consultants, we are responsible for products within the Garancy IAM Suite, such as IDM or AIM. Since the products within the Garancy IAM Suite are already diverse and challenging, I am currently taking on small to medium tasks during the onboarding phase to gain a comprehensive overview of the different products. What does a typical working day look like for you?

It typically starts with checking emails and messages. Then, I review what is on my to-do list, and depending on the tasks, some I need to solve or handle independently, while others require collaboration with colleagues.

Office or home office?

I like a mix of both.

The new challenges and responsibilities always bring a lot of joy and fun with them.

What do you particularly appreciate about your colleagues?

I particularly appreciate the respectful interaction, mutual support, pleasant and healthy atmosphere, and the helpfulness of my colleagues.
